This notice explains how The Colour Specialist uses the information you provide to access complimentary education and, separately, when you choose to receive course and marketing emails.

Information we collect

We collect your first name, email address, the date and time you requested access, the signup source, course-access activity and whether you separately opted into marketing emails. We do not ask for payment information, postal addresses or sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we use it

We use your name and email address to provide access to The Modern Grey Blend: A Beginner’s Guide. We only use your email for free colour education, future course launches, practical techniques and relevant offers when you select the separate optional marketing choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing access to the free class.

How it is stored

Your details are stored in a private database connected to this website. Access is restricted to authorised people managing The Colour Specialist. We do not sell your information. We use an email delivery provider, Resend, to send course-access messages and, where you separately opted in, marketing emails. Relevant contact details are shared with that provider only for those email purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your name and email address while there is an active reason to provide the class access you requested. Marketing preferences are recorded separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing or ask us to remove your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent and ask to be removed from the list at any time. You may also ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable.
